Before Your Endodontic Procedure
- If you have any questions about any medications you're currently taking please call our office before your appointment.
- You are allowed to eat before.
- All treatment is done under local anesthesia.
- Take some ibuprofen before your treatment to reduce inflammation.
- Do not take alcohol

After Your Treatment
When you get home your gums may be tender and sensitive for a few days. Use Aspirin, Ibuprofen or Tylenol to relieve the pain. It is not advised to chew on the side where the endodontic procedure is done until you've received a tooth covering for a restorative dentist.
